Comments: I bought a coat from Next but couldn't see a pay by card, so I ended up opening an account without even realising it.
I phoned up to cancel, but they said they couldn't because the ordering system isn't live an takes a day to be updated, by this time the item will already be dispatched.
I must say though, delivery and collection is very fast.
I returned the coat yet they still charged £3.95 delivery and interest! Not impressed with Next.

Wanted to order over £150 worth of maternity clothes from the Next website, but could not do it with out opening a credit account - I don't want a next credit account - Why can't you just pay by debit card? Did not buy items
