Using a Lipsy Promotion Code

Here’s a quick guide to using a promotion code at Lipsy.co.uk. Please remember to check if there is a minimum spend amount required for the discount to apply.

1. Select a valid Lipsy Promotion Code.
2. Click the ‘Show Code & Visit Site’ button. The promotion code will appear below the button and the Lipsy Web site will open in a new browser window.
3. Continue with your shopping at Lipsy.
4. When you’ve finished selecting your items, proceed to the checkout and enter the promotion code into the correct box and click ‘Apply’. See the screenshot below.

1. The discount will be applied to your order and you can now complete the rest of the checkout process.

Lipsy Promotion Code Problems

If you’re having trouble getting the promotional code to work properly, have a look at the following tips.

1. Is there a minimum amount you need to spend before you get a discount? Sometimes, you’ll need to add a minimum of £100 to your basket before the promotion code will apply.
2. Make sure you enter the promotion code into the correct box. There are two boxes during the Lipsy checkout stage - see the screenshot above for guidance.
3. Did you enter the promotion code exactly as it appears on SmartClicks? Promotion codes are often case sensitive, for example “LIPSY” is not the same as “lipsy”.
