Comments: I have been an empire customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the service received. Ordering, paying bills and booking returns is really simple online and their sales staff are very helpful.

Was an Empire customer great until it was taken over by KANDCO.Purchased a Humax Fox T2 PVR after it went faulty and 12 kandco phonecalls was told it has a manufacturers warranty and the warranty was between me and the manufacturer. I eventually received an unboxed second hand replacement.If you expect after sales avoid
