Rating and reviewing an online shop

The SmartClicks Rating and review feature gives you the chance to tell others about your online shopping experiences. This can help other people make an informed decision about which online shops to use.

How to rate and review

Simply follow the Write a Review link which can be found on each shop page. You can choose a star rating (a single star being poor, 5 stars excellent) and enter your comments. When you’ve finished, click Submit.

When reviewing an online shop or company, try to include constructive comments that are likely to help other people, for example:

Was the product or service delivered to you on time?
Did the product or service match the description offered by the shop?
How was the customer service?
Would you use the shop or company again?

If your shopping experience did not match your expectations, explain why.

Before we publish your review...

To help prevent fraudulent comments and ratings, you will need to enter a current email address. Before your comments are published, we will send an email to the address you supply. You will need to click on the link within the email we send you in order to verify your email address.

In the interests of fairness, the relevant online shop will be given the opportunity to publicly respond to any negative comments. SmartClicks reserve the right to remove or refuse any review at any time.
