Comments: Testimonial - After Christmas I placed an order for two items (both in the sale, what luck!) and both in stock. These items were delivered just before the expected date - again a clear indication was given of when this would be. I received a phone call to arrange delivery and the delivery lorry was there on time. The driver was extremely pleasant and bought the furniture in to its place. Following this I purchased a third item and received exactly the same courteous service. Thank you very much.'

Comments: Testimonial - 'I have recently purchased a Santana Dining Set from your company. I feel that customers are very quick to complain when something goes wrong, or isn't what they expected. I would like to congratulate you on two points. The delivery timescale and the professionalism of the delivery driver, especially at this busy time of the year, and the actual goods far exceed the quality expected for the price. I ordered my furniture 5 weeks ago and it has been painless - although I was really nervous about ordering on-line. I saved over £1500 on the furniture I actually saw in a shop and it is beautiful. The delivery was fantastic - received a text to say they had booked me in and I confirmed for them to tell me it would arrive early in the morning when I in fact received the order the night before after the driver contacted me to see if I wanted to accept it early. I will definitely use you again and have sent an e-mail to all my colleagues to recomment the website. Just wanted to say a big thanks to you for being so friendly, efficient and easy to use!'

Comments: Testimonial - 'I ordered a Belgravia dining set and I just wanted to say that dealing with Furniture123 has been great. I’ve moved house which has been quite stressful and to be able to order some furniture and not have to worry about it is just how it should be. No ringing up to find out what’s happening because you rang me first to arrange delivery, took my phone number and just as I was told the delivery guys called me an hour before they arrived. All smooth and easy and the furniture looks great. Fantastic! Everyone is quick to complain but we all forget to say when something’s been good. So once again, thanks again for providing a good, reliable and smooth service. Keep it up.'

I ordered a bed for my 2 year old daughter as I am pregnant and need to get her out of her cot bed and into a new bed asap. I ordered the bed and full payment was taken the next day. The bed was listed as 4-5 weeks delivery. After 5 weeks I had heard nothing from furniture 123 and so I decided to contact them. Alarm bells started to ring when I realised there was no contact number listed on their website. I contacted them by email and received an email back stating they were trying to get in touch with their supplier. Why they were only just doing this after 5 weeks I have no idea. They then got back to me stating that the bed was not in stock and would be available in 3 weeks. I explained my situation and told them that I needed to told asap if there was going to be any further delays. After 3 weeks I had heard nothing so I emailed again and this time got no response. I decided to look at reviews about this company on the internet (something I should have done before) and found that there were many people experiencing the same problems with delivery and problems with getting their money back. One review gave a telephone number for the company and I contacted them by phone. Again I was told they would have to get in touch with their suppliers. I was later contacted and told that the suppliers now had the bed in stock but in France so I would have to wait a further 3 weeks. I have now cancelled my order with furniture 123 but have yet to be refunded. I've been back in touch with them to find out when I will get my money back but they won't confirm anything. I'm now 4 weeks off giving birth, with no bed for my daughter and minus £400. I will not be ordering anything from this company again and I recommend that anyone considering using this company reads the reviews on other sites first.
