Comments: I bought a Hotpoint washing machine online from Comet in August. Had a bit of a problem with using a Maestro card online, but payment did go through eventually. I live in a flat and the Comet delivery team were fantastic. They brought the new machine upstairs, fitted it quickly and took away the packaging. I also paid the extra small fee to get rid of my old machine. I got a call from Comet a few days later to ask if I was satisfied with the service and delivery team. It's unusual to get such high levels of service and customer care these days. Five stars.

Comments: I wouldn't describe myself as an over fussy consumer, but I do expect a certain level of service when parting with my money. Comet thus far have provided a decent shopping experience for both myself and other family members and I would recommend them.

Comments: I always buy from either Comet or Dixons because of the good prices. Most of my kitchen equipment is from Comet. I can't comment on how the prices at Comet compare to other places as I tend to stick to the well known stores.

Comments: Waited longer than expected for delivery (freezer) but Comet did keep us informed and the delivery men were extremely good (and careful).

Comments: Today, 11.06.2010 we went shopping for a new washing machine at our local Comet Store;1020 Scunthorpe.It was a real pleasure to be able to look, decide on our purchase and have the transaction dealt with efficiency and helpfulness by member of staff, James R. Although my husband changed his mind on delivery and some other matters, your colleague was unruffled and thoroughly pleasant.I have filled in this feedback because I was impressed with the professionalism of your staff member. Our Comet Store will be my first port of call should I need to buy any other purchase. James R is an excellent employee. I shall tell my friends and recommend this store.It is not always that one gets such excellent service from staff.

Comments: Bought a Logitech mouse and wireless keyboard from Comet. My purchases arrived quickly and I'm very pleased with the items. Will be shopping with Comet again.
